Do you only work with clients in Geelong?
No. Eldo works with clients across Geelong and Melbourne and around Australia, in person, by phone or on Microsoft Teams. Stamp duty and scheme rules vary by state, and we check what applies where you are buying.
Can I meet Eldo at the Geelong office?
Yes, at Suite 2, 23-31 Gheringhap Street. He can also come to your home or work, or talk by phone or video.
Does Eldo work with investors who already own several properties?
Yes. He works with experienced investors building multi-property portfolios, including how the loans and ownership are structured. Tax questions go to your accountant.
