Do you work with clients outside Brisbane?
Yes. Sumit is based in Brisbane and works with clients across Queensland and interstate by phone, email and video. Some lenders, schemes and stamp duty rules vary by state, and we check what applies where you are buying.
What Queensland help is there for first home buyers?
Queensland offers a first home owner grant for eligible new homes and concessions on transfer duty, alongside the Australian Government's home guarantee schemes. Each has eligibility rules and caps that change from time to time, so Sumit checks the current rules against your situation.
